Lead Times

Sampling: 2-4 weeks

Production:  6-8 weeks (depending on order size)

NB: If you have a specific deadline, please let us know how many pairs you’re interested in, as we occasionally have the capacity to do smaller runs in quicker lead times.

We’ll try our best to make the process as smooth and easy as possible for you. We can ensure you that we have the quickest turnaround time in the business.

If, for any reason, resampling is required, please note that this will affect the sampling lead time and delivery date.

The Process

If you’re happy with the details above, you can send us the following:

  • If logos need to be used, send them in vector format (PDF, AI, SVG) or high resolution JPEG or PNG (above 1MB file size) *
  • If any brand elements, provide them in vector format (PDF, AI, SVG) or high resolution JPEG or PNG (above 1MB file size) *
  • Any specific colours
  • Visual inspirations where possible
*Any redrawing of detailed elements that are not within the required standard will be charged an additional fee.
 
 

Our design team will then create a few custom options for you (on our template). If you’re happy with the final design then we can move on to sampling.

NB: Designing and the original sample pair is included in the price mentioned above. Any design changes after the 3rd design batch or re-sampling of the original sample will be charged at a rate of R500 per redesign or re-sample. 

If everything is in order with the final sample then we will start with production as soon as we receive a 50% payment on the total invoice amount.
